Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing us! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return and Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@hoomerie.com, including your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. Item Condition

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging. We will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return criteria.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as wrong item sent, damaged goods, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Processing

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the item and size you would like to exchange for in your request. We will arrange the exchange as soon as we confirm the return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Damaged, Scratched, or Altered Products
  • Custom items
